We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our office in New York.
Having an understanding of the luxury retail market as well as creative/development processes is crucial to this role, as you will be the main point of contact for all departments internally.
You must be a highly organised individual, who understands the importance of providing required information within a specified time frame, using initiative to prioritise when required.
Responding to the client is of paramount importance, and ensuring that all of the financial side of the role is fulfilled accurately and on time, at all times, is key. Budgets must be observed and reached, and invoicing must be done in line with the department’s process.
To be successful in this role you will need the ability to present with confidence with strong oral and written communication skills. You will be a strong negotiator, organised and articulate.
You will be able to work as part of a team in high pressure situations and maintain a professional outlook at all times. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to work closely with internal teams and ensure timely and accurate communication with the client at all times.
3 years’ industry experience is desired but not essential, however Account Management experience (non-industry specific) is vital.
