As an Account Director at Sheridan & Co, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for the Agency as well as our clients. As a guardian of client relationships, you will be at the forefront of cultivating and nurturing client relationships, translating their aspirations into actionable briefs, steering our internal partners towards success. Your leadership will fuel excellence, driving cohesive narratives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the symphony of client engagements with a strategic mindset, aligning objectives with business goals and inspiring the team.
  • Foster and curate deep, enduring client partnerships, becoming the embodiment of trust and excellence for Sheridan&Co.
  • Weave a tapestry of business connections through effective outreach, enhancing Sheridan & Co's industry presence.
  • Exhibit refined sales expertise, identifying growth opportunities, and skilfully nurturing leads into prosperous partnerships.
  • Guide the formulation and execution of strategic account plans, paving innovative pathways for business expansion, playing a crucial role in our ambitious growth strategy.
  • Forge harmonious cross-functional partnerships, creating inspiring briefs and seamlessly aligning design, production, and strategy to achieve flawless project delivery.
  • Navigate projects with precision, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Exemplify exceptional time management skills, ensuring projects and account activities are expertly allocated and executed.
  • Present with gravitas, articulating design narratives, strategic insights, and project successes to captivate and inspire clients.
  • Anticipate and tackle challenges adeptly, crafting solutions that resonate with clients and drive project triumph.
  • Develop client documentations such as (SLA) service level agreements, (SOW) Statement of work and business proposals.
  • Navigate cost negotiations with precision, optimising resources and ensuring project viability, ensuring terms align with client goals and company growth.
  • Hold a finger on industry trends, contributing thought leadership that enriches client narratives and fuels innovation.

About You

  • Must be based in and hold authorisation to work in the U.K
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Design, or related disciplines. Preferred
  • Demonstrate 7+ years of distinguished account management experience, ideally within creative agencies or luxury retail contexts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-turnover accounts with agility and adept resource management.
  • Experience in leading critical client negotiations for service led contracts and costs.
  • Client facing experience with executive and C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and clients, across UK, Europe, USA and Asia.
  • Strong knowledge methods, and practices within the luxury design industry.
  • Flexibility, to accommodate and support our international client base.
