We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Project Manager to join our team at our Head Office, based in Market Harborough.
You must have experience of working within the retail design industry, and must be able to demonstrate the types of projects that you have managed independently and how these have been cost-managed throughout.
We are looking for someone with 5-10 years experience in the Shopfitting/Retail Installations industry (related industries could be Design/Manufacturing/Construction), preferably currently working at a Senior PM level.
Excellent communication skills are vital to this role, and experience of working with and managing external suppliers such as enabling companies and architects will be required.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management.
You must be able to manage your time efficiently and effectively, possessing the ability to prioritise when required. Working under minimal supervision, you must be able to use your initiative whilst also keeping members of your team regularly updated on the status of a project. You must be organised in your working methods, ensuring that all information is clear and concise, and given to the relevant department in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.
We are very process driven, working to a set of guidelines that ensure each department is able to carry out their duties and responsibilities successfully and effectively in sync with all other areas of the business. Therefore, you must be able to communicate effectively internally, adhering to our processes throughout.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel around the UK and occasionally abroad when required, as we work with a wide range of clients based internationally.
A driving licence will also be required to undertake this role, as travelling to meet with suppliers, clients and visits to sites will form part of your role.
